this was painted under a high daylight bulb...the result is that it turned out way more orange than it looked while I was working on it. 5x7" oil on canvas panel, reference is from a detail shot from Missoni spring 2008.
This is absolutely luminescent ! I love it, I noticed your major is science, you should be a fashion illustrator! Do you have an etsy page? You could make a killing off of these. How much is this piece? I'm so glad I spotted this site! <3
Hi! Yes I do have an etsy page - in fact, I used to have "Lily Donaldson" on sale there ($50), but no one ever bought it, although they were certainly looking :) I have had more luck auctioning pieces off on ebay. I hope to get more pieces up soon (as soon as I get more time to paint). As for this painting, well she has been gifted to a friend :)
